a. May have ordered items but have taken longer than usual to pay,
b. Bought something recently but not given us a good rating
c. May have not responded to our emails or made payment

Why are your most of your items in such good condition?
Because we go the extra mile to ensure you are pleased with the contents of your order. We regret rare items may not be in pristine condition while our staff do ensure that playability is not compromised.
Why do you keep your descriptions simple?
Due to the high daily turnover, we have to keep our descriptions simple so we are able to list more items for you daily.
Why do you not have a shop?
Savings on lease and overhead expenses will in turn allow us to offer you lower prices.
What if I want to pick up the order personally?
Our previous experience have proved that meet-ups are unreliable and time consuming. That is why we do not entertain meet-ups.
Why do you have such a vast variety of items?
We have Suppliers throughout Asia and mutual partnerships with local distributors. We are all out to source rare and out of press items just for you.
How can I be a franchisee?

What if I have a comment, question or concern?

Why can't I get a refund for my items?
Items sold are non-refundable. As such, all items have been and will be tested and safely packaged prior to dispatch made to ensure that your order is of satisfactory standard.
What if I see items cheaper elsewhere?
If you do, please inform us via email to aliciaf4@yahoo.com.sg with the name and location of the store and we will attend to you personally.
Why do I receive my orders promptly?
We appreciate your prompt payment. As such, we extend the same courtesy to you by ensuring your order goes out within the same day or the next working day.
Why do you offer free bubblewrap?
Because we hope to provide you with the best services. Ensuring that your item is safely sent to you is one of them.
Are there any hidden charges?
Our aim is to offer you our items at the price you see with no hidden charges. Of course if you prefer, we do provide registered or insurance for your order at a small fee.
